I had not seen the argument that the same right to perform a ministerial act was denied the Dems in Seminole County. I am glad that you agree with me that it WAS a ministerial act. I'll take a spin through the news on-line and see what I come up with.

Holy sh*t! The Eleventh Circuit has agreed to hear oral arguments on the constitutionality of hand counts!

Literally, this is happening so fast I can't keep up with it.

Since my last post on what all the ducks were doing, the Florida Supreme Court ruled that the Butterfly Ballot is constitutional, and won't order a revote.

And now this!
