Answer: The agreement covers IS-95A/B and cdma2000 1x.

Thsi brings me to a question I have asked before, but no one has (is able to?) answer. I remember indication that Dr. IJ would not give NOK 1X rights without NOK also acknowledging / agreeing to QCOM's 3G rights re: wCDMA.

My questions:
Does anyone else remember this?
If this is true, does it mean that NOK has already signed a 3G deal?
Or does it mean Dr. IJ changed his stance?
Any other interpretation possible?

The answer from Julie did not include WCDMA or 1xEV (HDR) so an agreement is needed if they are going to deliver handsets to NTT and J-phone.
