If you believe Ambassador-elect Harris was functioning within the confines of the law as an impartial secretary of state, and not at the end of Bush puppet strings, you should probably go back to the beginning of the primaries, starting with New Hampshire where she visited, review what happened in this up to date and how cozy it became for her to put the trigger on the certification.
