Beck is doing a great job with this witness! This guy is no "expert" that's for sure.

Hi CB,

You've got far more interest in the minutiae than I do.

Big picture for me is that the Republican team will be able to run out the clock with the complicity of a friendly jurist. The rest of it is simply much ado about nothing.

Phil Beck's cross examination of Prof. Hengartner is a classic example of mis-direction and time wasting. I find it interesting that the future of the country hinges on this trivial pursuit. Ridiculous.

I was working all day and missed it. I'm not that good at the ins and outs, only good at spotting liars and weasels vs. people who are honest.

I think Boies is a weasel, Sauls is much, much smarter than he makes out, and I can't tell anything about Mr. Beck. I do like Barry Richard, he seems very good.

I wish I could watch it with a trial lawyer so I could ask questions as it goes along.
