The FLSC is trying to save face. They realize they made a mistake when they first extended the deadline, seeing that Gore wasn't willing to follow the rules. They originally appeared biased to many. The fact that even a couple of SC justices questioned their original decision doesn't bode well considering it was 7-0. They don't want to be considered "biased idiots".

chalu2, the trouble for Gore is that he was given his chance by the SC, said that he would abide by the deadline, has not and has subsequently gone right back to the same well. Only thing is that this time the well was dry because these people do have to keep working after this thing goes away. tp
