I think Bush will win here in front of Judge Sauls in Leon County, forget the Florida Legislature, forget the United States House of Representatives, he will win on the facts - or, rather, Gore loses because he did not make out his case.

CoBlue, is the credibility of the statistician completely gone because of his report on the '98 senatorial and gubernatorial races? If not, there is still the issue of why punch card counties had a higher (1.5%???) rate of presidential undervotes vs. optical counties (0.8%?). I do think that any sort of argument that the first row of the punch card machines being faulty is destroyed at this point.
