Cummings: I see where Cantwell the dot.com Demolib was certified the winner in Washington State, even though Slade won 34 of the 39 counties. Maybe you could whip up one of those real estate maps -- like the national one that everyone was circulating -- and try to convince everyone on this thread that Gorton deserved to win because he won more real estate.

I guess the next move by the Repubs will be to pass a law that you can't win any election unless you win more real estate.

Re: "Fact: Gore tried to alter the vote of the state of Florida by carefully selecting only counties which favored his candidacy.:

That's in accurate. Gore offered D-Dubya-I a chance to recount the entire state -- twice -- and Tammy Faye and Jim Baker declined. Get your facts right, willya.

Fact: Gore tried to alter the vote of the state of Florida by carefully selecting only counties which favored his candidacy.

Nobody wants to debate you because you state things like the above that are best misleading and at worst plain old wrong and then get all snippy instead of clarifying them.

From your faulty axioms you some to faulty conclusions.
