First Gore's team must get the Judge to rule in their favor. Right now the judge is ripping into them.

The results are known. Bush won once, he won twice, he even won after Gore changed the manual ballot review and selected precincts he knew would fall in his favor.

How many wins does Bush need for the outcome to be known. It doesn't matter if Bush won by 100 votes or 1 million. If we believe in our process, then he won. If we don't believe in our process, then no one has ever won an election.

Reality is our perception. No states election process could withstand the assault Gore's swat legal team has administered toward it.

The right wing conspiracy buffs will never be satisfied,
So F**K 'em . Most of the country still trusts the courts to be honest broker, especially in a state like Floida where they are appointed and not elected.

A court-controlled recount should solve the problem to all party's satisfaction, including the Florida Legislature!

That's a good idea for the next election.

Yeah yeah, a re-count might be fine, so long as it isn't just one man's territory, as Gore consistently asks the system for. I noticed Bernard Shaw made note of the "two-tiered" warning in Judge Sauls ruling. Same thing, same subject, same problem. People will understand this problem in time, and will know they never would have considered Algor legitimate had he won with such a counting.
