Where ya been?<<< Some of you GOPwingers are so anal you have no comprehension as to context. When I wrote the Florida Legislature was flexing its muscle, it was anticipating that Gore would win either via the butterfly controversy or the Seminole/Martin County, or some other controversy in the courts. I wrote that I didn't think the Florida Legislature would challenge a court-sanctioned recount that showed Gore won. Context, my friend. Context. Try it sometime. >>>As for Seminole and the other, those suits are clearly frivolous.<<< Not so fast. There's more to this so-called frivilous nature than what you're letting on with your quick-skip remarks. You think it'd be fair for Democrats to have done what two Republican operatives did by spending 15 days in county voting office where the county's entire databank was located, an office shared by chief election technology officer who'd have keys, codes and files and whatnot, maybe even voting machines? And why was the County Democratic leader told by the Republican county supervisor to "go fly a kite" when he requested the same privilege the Republicans got in Seminole County? Maybe you should read the whole record relative to Seminole County. Now, I'm not as familiar with the specifics of Martin County, but some say it's worse. >>>No Court will disenfranchise voters based upon a technical violation of the statute which has been cited by the gorons. At least that's the theory the FLSC espoused in rewriting the counting deadline to benefit Gore. JLA<<< Gee, when did you become a Democrat--LOL?
