Context indeed. The decision to go into special session on Wed. was made AFTER the butterfly suit was dismissed. Moreover, the butterfly suit was frivolous and so are the Martin and Seminole County suits. In the end, this is just more demolib sound and fury signifying NOTHING (as usual). Boies and Co. had their asses kicked today in Court.
