Bush’s attorneys slowed a critical court hearing to a crawl,
Sooner or later the vote will be counted. It is going to be a bigger disaster for Bush if the votes show him losing after the election than if they show him loseig before.

The Demolibs and NBC are joined at the hip. Could it be a result of a secret deal between Clinton/Gore and GE, owner of NBC, about that long-standing potential multi-billion dollar environmental liability for PCB's that GE dumped into rivers around New York City?

Even the paid Democratic shrills couldn't spin today's courtroom disaster like MSNBC did here:

Fortunately, MSNBC is not hearing the case. I'm quite certain the judge was not amused with today's proceeding.
