How do you know that Chris is being honest with his beliefs? How do you know that the Chris Land persona is not the creation of some devious secular humanist, a caricature concocted to discredit Christianity by simultaneously exemplifying every negative stereotype ever applied to Christians? It is by no means impossible, and if it is true it is a brilliant maneuver: one Chris does more harm to the Christian cause than a dozen Solons.

I'm curious: where did you contrive the notion that Solon is particularly anti-Catholic? I've never seen anything in his posts that suggests that he is any more skeptical of Catholic dogma than of any other religious pronouncements. I think I would notice: having escaped from the Catholic box myself I tend to pick such references up.

Could Solon's alleged anti-Catholicism be an aberration of perception, on the order of X's infamous - and still unidentified - sexist post?

At least Chris Land is honest with his beliefs. Your platitudes are all over the place but they boil down to the same old tired anti-Catholic rhetoric. Are you spiritually satisfied being in that box, repeating that endless diatribe

I am amused that you would boil down (what you claim to consider as) my "platitudes"...to anti-Catholic rhetoric! LMAO!

Every little munchkin, then, has enough self conceit to imagine me as being against their own particular little beliefs?!

Are your beliefs so superior, then, to all the myriad Christian beliefs, and to all the other religions, and non religion based value systems--that you can imprint your sarcasm upon them all? But we are to guess at what you find worth defending, and then step gingerly around your 1-ply paper skin??

I don't recall having said much of anything to you until I noticed you were throwing spitballs from the sidelines. Maybe its time you stopped with the wise cracks from the bleechers, and came down into the arena and introduced yourself??

OK.
If you can say it.....
You can document it. Your platitudes are all over the place but they boil down to the same old tired anti-Catholic rhetoric.
Do so...

Otherwise,we seem to be trying which burning bush Chris is talking to... Can we assume that you have a 'direct connection, too. Since you have discerned...over the net...that Chris is honest? Must be nice...near as I can tell, Chris is just castigating people to convince himself that he is really, really tight with God...
Opinions vary,
