The ballot irregularities will happen equal for Bush and Gore, since it is mechanical and not subjective.

Why should they ONLY recount the irregularities in heavily democratic districts? THIS IS THE POINT THAT IS UNFAIR!

Gore supporters just want to selectively correct the irregularities. Won't happen.

The Court will ultimately decide the questions above,
ultimately the Florida Supreme Court since either side will appeal this decision.


I concede that Bush's voting machine expert helped Gore at the end of the cross.

I also agree that this case will ultimately go to the FSC.

Do you agree that if Gore loses he is done politically?
