Why would close election be defined solely by the vote differential in Dade? It is the statewide differential that determines the closeness.

Your right and that is why I'm not a lawyer. The only thing they are discussing is whether to count Miami/Dade, correct? And if my memory serve's me correct that area was not close but big for AG?

I think Al is toast now that I try to conceptualize what is happening in a legal sense.
