And I'm holding you to that ;-)

This whole pattern matching thing is getting quite intriguing. Patrick's right -- it isn't that different from every other TA person in the world trying to match Head and Shoulders tops and island reversals etc. Of course, Patrick just told me the fields he has in his database and I was overwhelmed! I was just going to try to do pattern matches on price/volume a'la candlestick pattern matching. Baby steps . . .

I just flat out did not do anything. Tried to catch up last night and had a problem with QFeed.

Last year I set up an Excel Spreadsheet that's designed to download OHLC data for the Dow and so on, doing the math to give me data values for certain columns. Since Thursday night QFeed is not working properly for the program.

Works okay for QCharts, QPnF, but not on Excel. So I've been focusing more on fixing the program than updating the data. I can fall real far behind doing this.

Today I'm going to update the data by hand so I may not trade much. Then tomorrow I have an appointment for my mother somewhere mid-day. So Wednesday will be my next full day.

Good luck.
