The facts are the voters did not participate in any alleged fraud and the voter's intention is clear. There is no indication that the ballots are fraudulent. The Court will not invalidate the ballots. The case is frivolous, easily distinguishable and a waste of time.

Ellen, think about this....

You show up to vote at the voting precinct.
You forgot your I.D. card with number.
Someone finds it for you.
You sign in and vote.

Someone doesn't find it, or refuses to, and you don't vote.

No assistance, no vote.

What I don't understand Ellen...is what are you against or afraid of by allowing the absentee ballots to be counted? Is it that people will be able to exercise their right? Or is it that certain people will have their votes counted...votes for a candidate not being the same as you voted for?

Ellen in America we believe in free the of free association.
We believe in the right of allowing friends to help one another. The absentee ballot case is about a friend going out of the way to help a friend. The democrats went out of their way to make sure transportation and whatever was available to get out the minority vote. Republicans had friends who helped them make sure that their requests for ballots were filled out properly. This is a simple case of friendship.
