Here's something interesting... From today's PR about Reader: "His background includes executive level and consultative experience with companies such as Fidelity Investments...". Now here's this from Hal Campbell's biography at his website: "Prior to his affiliation with the CSU system in 1989, Dr. Campbell was affiliated with the Technical Services Division of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, served as the Senior Systems Advisor for Fidelity Investments...". How interesting. Wanna bet that Hal and Jack are buddies? Something suggests to me that that may have more relevance to Jack's nomination to the board than the fact that he works for RCNC, and it may not guarantee any interest at all on the part of RCNC.
