Here is some testimony as to the types of problems I have mentioned, ballots altered by handling, dimples created accidently by those who did not intend to cast a vote, and lack of repeatability caused by subjective interpretations of ballots:

By the way, the Democrat witness testified that dimpled chads could indeed be caused by handling.

By the way, I noticed that one of the attorneys involved in the final argument representing "a voter" suggested that counting only Democrat strongholds would be unfair, so I suppose this opens the door for Sauls to order a statewide recount, should he believe it is appropriate.

I also noticed that the expert on behalf of the Democrats demonstrated how easy it was to create a dimpled chad instead of punching the chad out, but was embarrassed when he was forced to admit that he was doing the demonstration with a thicker card than was actually used, and that the thicker card made it harder to punch through. Getting caught pulling a cheap stunt like that won't help their credibility.
