Lane, Judge Saul's ruling on the recount or not this weekend will probably cause a good-sized relief rally (or not). That is what I am really waiting on.

I think we have a 70% chance that the recount will not be ordered and the Market rallies later today or tomorrow when he rules.

CSCO moving up, turned out that a whole number of 45 provided some strong support just like last week when JDSU bounced so often off 50.

This one is a little less certain however than JDSU was, imo. We'll see how bullish they are on the future. So far it looks like they may be mitigating some fears.
