Yeah, I just don't recall the order of things. I do know that Holmgren had many very good coaches helping him over the years. He was either a very good judge of talent or very lucky while with GB. I wonder if perhaps it was his assistants that were more important to the success than he was? It takes a lot...a solid head coach that knows how to delegate and delegates to very solid assistants. And then of course, you also need solid talent on the field. We had all of the pieces come together a couple years ago. Since then, any and all of the three areas have been lacking. -Scott
