Market pretty hard to read today and acts like it. We need a catalyst and may get it later with the court ruling. CSCO comments may have an effect. Also, of course, if we get an INTC warning or ???. Unexciting cyclicals like CAT, AA getting attention. Banks (tough call) as profit comparisons tough for earnings performance, yet interest rates probably going down. TRIN has largely been well below 1 TICK has mostly been negative VIX above 30 Mixed signals all around with slight down bias. Not worth forcing a trade here. Waiting...
