Whoever's waiting for the Florida judge to rule don't hold your breath. I think they said he's decided to wait until the Florida Supreme Court amends its decision.

I don't think it matters?....Judge Sauls likely to rule for no recount...at this point anything other than accepting Bush's certification will bring the FL legislature into it...

Gore should concede if Judge Sauls rules against him...for the good of the country.

U.S. Supreme Court decision is boost for Bush
In a victory for George W. Bush, the U.S. Supreme Court has vacated the Florida Supreme Court's ruling extending the deadline for vote certification in the state's presidential election. The case was remanded for further proceedings, which means the Florida Supreme Court would have to take another look at it. A decision in the Leon County Circuit Court case involving hand recounts is on hold pending a review by the state court of the U.S. Supreme Court decision.
