Dear Charles: The USSC VACATED the FSC decision. That means at this point in time they have overturned it. However, as a face saving device for the FSC they remanded it back to the FSC basically telling them to correct it or else they will and they told them in advance why. Remanding cases back to a lower court from a higher court is not unusual in the least. I am sure a lot of Spin will be put on this but the fact is as of right now the original decision is VACATED. JDN
