The USSC VACATED the FSC decision. That means at this point in time they have overturned it ... interesting point JDN, but not one I have heard voiced by anyone else ... very interesting that it agrees with your personal political views in this case ... I am not sure that any of us can rely on your personal opinion as being fair and unbiased ... you seem to only raise arguments that only support your views ... ... you may end up being correct ... but I place zero reliability in your political opinions and analysis ... you are not at all objective.
