Ten,

The Republican leadership has spent the last 6 years endlessly digging up Clinton "scandals". It has torn our country, and left us in the very divided state we are in.

Had they just left Clinton alone, he would have retired as the most popular President in decades. What an incredible waste of time and energy this has all been. Did the Republican adulterers in the House really need to torture us with the details of Clinton's adultery?

Funny thing, T, by all rights the China nuclear leaks at least should have been a Republican scandal, if there was really a scandal to be had there.

When American bomb makers began visiting China in 1979, they were startled by increasingly pointed questions that suggested their Chinese peers were hot on the trail of the secret to building a modern nuclear arsenal. It allows H-bombs to be made so small that many can fit atop a single missile or be fired from trucks, submarines and other mobile platforms.

China succeeded on Sept. 25, 1992, the news coming from a spy who told his American handlers that Beijing had exploded a bomb based on the miniaturization secret.

The fact that China had actually set off a bomb based on the allegedly leaked secrets before Clinton became president didn't stop legions of bloviating right wing pundits from declaring Clinton treasonous on the matter. Pretty much par for the course. As Jim would say, it's all a liberal media conspiracy.
