Bosco, I'm not sure what vacate and set aside really means. They did not overturn the FL SC ruling, since overturning implies permanance. It seems like they are temporarily setting aside the FL SC ruling pending reconsideration by the FL SC. It seems the US SC can't find the legal basis for the FL SC ruling and wants them to respond. The note was certainly cordial and polite. If only most people would talk like that on TV. On the bright side, the mkt seems to have taken notice of the ruling --- or something is happening, they are slowly going green one by one... :) SbH
