Michael, I think you need to take a deep breath and nap before you analyze any further. It's clear from your critique that you are slightly hysterical.

>> There was no ruling.

Indeed there was. They ruled that the decision of the Florida Supremes is vacated until such time as they can provide an appropriate basis for it.

>> It was not revealed how divided or undivided the Court is.

The above was presented as a 9-0 ruling. That's unanimous in my book; 9/9 = 100%.

>> They're direction to the state Supreme Court delays decisions which can have the same effect as influencing the outcome of the election.

When you start using "they're" interchangeably with "their", I know you're (as opposed to "your") rattled.

>> The decision they made is not one that requires the writing of a majority and dissident opinion.

And the reason for that is, it's unanimous.

>> It's difficult to understand how the Dems can claim a victory considering that the state Supreme Court's ruling has not been overturned, yet.

Your statement would make sense if you replaced "Dems" with "Republicans". It was Bush's gang that wanted the Florida Supremes overturned, not the Dems.

>> Considering that you make investment decisions without having command of the facts, I can appreciate that you don't understand why the Justices want to get clarification of the facts before making a ruling.

People who live in glass houses... <yada yada yada>. We've seen clear evidence of your impetuousness in some recent investments. Note: based on your turtle-like pace, I define recent as anything you've done in the last 5 years.
