Bush got everything he wanted out of this decision. The USSC "vacated" the FLSC's decision. For you to sit there and type that you're happy with this decision is intellectually dishonest.

This is a major set back for Bush no matter how he tries to spin it.

What the hell have you been smoking? As a practical matter, this is a MAJOR setback for Gore. Time is runnning out both as to intervention by the FL legislature AND in the court of public opinion leaving aside the fact that the FL SC will find it VERY difficult to come up with a reason likely to be accepted by the USSC for running roughshod over the FL cert. statute.

Edit: Just heard that Judge Sauls will postpone his ruling until he sees how the FLSC handles the remand. Gore is TOAST.
