Why would I be unhappy? The Fl.S.Ct will clarify the statutory reason for their decision. The US S.Ct. merely asked for more specific reason. If you believe for one second that the Fl.S.Ct will reverse its own 7-0 decision then you're smokin' some of those funny cigs. The effect is the same as if the U.S. S.Ct had sent Bush packing, except for the fact that people like you won't criticize the Court as being partisan and kick them in the groin like you did the Fl.S.Ct. A Very clever decision and it has you and Limbuagh and JLAllen all very confused. LOL.
