Well, yes, the FSC said that the right to vote is the guiding principle, but did the USSC court toss that principle out in favor of strict adherence to statute? We don't know!

I'd hope that the FL SC would overturn such a ruling on appeal. Unlike past cases where votes have been thrown out, there's no evidence of fraud here.

Does it have to rise to the level of fraud for votes to be thrown out?
