why let the ny times tell you what the court said, when you can read it yourself?????


3 reasons:

1. No need for redundancy: heard the same opinion on news radio as I read in the NYTimes. (so far, those who HAD your opinion say they had it only until they had read the complete decision.)

2. The opinion is long and is written in some language that only seems to resemble English.
