abstract....well if the "times" and the "radio" both concur on what the ussc stated, then i guess it must be true.... somebody better tell the nine justices that they erred, and didn't really mean to say what they said!!!! i provided the link...just read the last paragraph of the opinion....it's rather brief ... interesting how you will believe what is fed to you, and accept same with the excuse of being "lazy"???? probably typical of the less then enlightened folks who opine without reason...
