reprobably typical of the less than enlightened folk who opine without reason
Like me on stocks (Boo hoo)

But when I ran for office I found over and over than most voters are less than enlightened and did not WANT facts: they just wanted to believe what they chose to believe. One thing about the Libertarian party: we have facts and tables and stats and law opinions galore but people prefer to just have their own ideas, which usually were their parent's ideas too.

The judgment of the Supreme Court of Florida is therefore vacated, and the case is remanded for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.

inasmuch as you clearly posit yourself among the enlightened (probably illuminati too) would you be so kind as to explain:

1. what vacated AND remanded mean (not just one or the other)
2. why Baker says it is a "time out"
3. how a "time out" constitutes a defeat or a victory
