Absolutely. Again, I am merely speculating that winr is chomping at the bit to be able to say, "Hey look everybody, the 211 has been filed!!!!!!!!!!!!!"..........rather than waiting for one of us to notice that winr has appeared in the "Anticipated Additions" section of the OTCBB site.
