We can only hope. You know, it's interesting to me that the auditors who originally made them change the way they were recognizing the $3 million (if you remember, they were reporting it on a pro-rated basis beginning in '99) did not in fact realize that the entire transaction was questionable as a non-monetary transaction & subject to the APB opinion.
