It is highly possible that Boies has outflanked himself in the grand scheme of the entire legal entanglement. By fighting so hard on the front end during the protest, they ran their own shot clock out going into the last ten seconds of the game.

I think that in the end, Boies has been trying to turn a dung heap into a castle, and just can't quite get there.

I hate to predict what Sauls will do, but I do not see it working out for Boies.

Phil Beck was almost like a Pitbull out there.

I loved the way he was being the Alpha Trial
Lawyer...swaggering around... taunting some of
the witnesses...he even got to Boies by saying
he was "Grandstanding"! I do wonder what trial
that statistician worked on as an expert witness
was that Boies was trying to get out? I have to
say that I was left unable to decide who won
after that. Both sides presented almost perfect
cases for their clients.
