That's what Bush wanted. That is pretty funny. The Bush campaign was asking for a reversal and got a vacation and request for clarification which has no impact on the pending contest. There is no way you can spin that into a Bush victory. The court did what the Gore campaign wanted and declined to answer the question although they may take another look at a later time.
