Tom Veale: Yes a lot of us post regarding much shorter time frames it is true. However, many of us also invest longer-term. It just not take as much posting to cover a once a year or three reallocations...<g>

It will be good to look at the time frame you bring to the table. I would be very interested in hearing your prognostications regarding where you see the market by the summer of 2001. If you can use say the NASDAQ Composite, NYSE Composite and or S&P 500 to set parameters would be helpful.

Tom..the correct title is Paint it Black..."I see a Red Door and I want to Paint it Black." The vision of a painter kneeling on the trap-door of the hangman's scaffold comes to mind...but I can't see the color of the paint!
