In my opinion that was an absurd ruling.
No evidence that a recount would change the result. Give me a break.
I alos note it is OK to do a machine recount then throw that result out if it does not favor your candidate.

Upholding every single count shows judicial prejudice.

Look's like ~15M RDRAM's will ship this quarter. I suspect that means <50M for the year.
(I know it's from Yahoo, but oweowedpd is one of the threads favorite sources). <g>

It has become obvious that all judicial decisions relevant to this case are being made based on political considerations (for both sides.)

Kind of a nasty lesson in civics for the kiddies.
