Scumbria, Stick a fork in your man. His only chance is to stall and hope that Seminole or Martin throw out the absentee ballots. According to the WSJ this morning "Lawyers say it is easier to have a court throw out contested ballots than it is to have them recounted and tallied". Judge "Sally" Sauls just crucified your guy. Hard to see the FLSC change that opinion. The most interesting part (to me) was that Boise and crew didn't prove that a recount could change the result. With close to 10,000 votes that haven't been recounted, and less than a 600 vote difference, it seems that they should have pulled that off. I put that on the lawyers. John
