The judge made it clear. Prove that a recount will give you the election, and then we can do the recount. What a moron.

I don't see how the absentee ballot case can lose for Gore, short of massive corruption in the FL judiciary (which of course is not out of the question.)

I find that interesting too as they seemed to focus on the same old line of 'every vote must be counted' rather than the more technical detail of how likely the result would be different if a recount is conducted(which is what the judge wanted to hear apparently). Well they may still have a final chance as the Florida Supreme Court seems to more incline to their reasoning based on the last case.
