MSFT over $59 afterhours, following the Florida judge ruling against Gore recount efforts Game, set and match. Stick a fork in it, this turkey is cooked. Goodbye Janet Reno, David Boies, Joel Klein, and sleepy senile Judge Jackson. This farce of an anti-trust trial, one that has cost so much in so many ways, is toast. The election is decided, the pro business GOP has the executive and legislative majorities (razor slim, but still there), and it looks as though interest rates will be cut, probably quite soon. Let the Santa Claus rally begin.
