given US SupCourt gave FL SupCt a headslap, I say 20% chance

that is, 20% chance that FL even hears Gore's appeal
Judge Sauls seemed careful about listing his reasons
in order to justify hearing an appeal, FLSC must find
either additional evidence needs to be seen
or reasons for not recounting further were not there

given the headslap, I say FLSC lets it die here
the timing of the USSC "punt with a message" will motivate
USSC basically said "you guys overstepped, be more careful next time"

this is over
to legal experts:
does an appeal contain both written and oral arguments???

wondering how fast this wraps up
thanks, jim
