But it seemed that judge Sauls singled out the selection of democratic counties for hand counts as a problem. He even suggested that there would be more merit in the hand counting rationale if all of the chad counties had been requested. He seemed to be chiding the plaintiff for not doing that.

Partisan vote mining has been slapped down enfin at the judiciary level in a presidential election. (for the time being at least)
