This may be difficult for many in this country to believe, but the rest of the world has a very high regard for Clinton, he may actually go down in history as one of the greatest U.S. Presidents of the 20th century according to many world historians, much of the world doesn't really care about the Monica incident and are laughing at Clinton's critics here in this country for making such a big deal about the girl..... this is probably due to our Victorian culture about those things, look at how much people are still talking about it when it really amounts to nothing..... whatever.....
