Look, when a great man like Senator Byrd decides to not impeach Clinton, something is sinsiter in the party. He is a beautiful man, and the worst thing out of the last 8 years is that he had to vote against impeachment, even though everything he has ever said would lead a reasonable person to believe that a person with the views he has espoused has no choice but to impeach. Fortunatley, I feel that that yoke of party loyalism has been liberated from the Democrats, and that the Repubs have never been under such a constraint.
