Frank, no matter how the Gore paid shrills cast todays decisions. It's clear Bush's legal team has Gore's boxed in now.

I see practically no chance the FLSC will overturn judge Sauls decision. Seminole is a dead end road, and the U.S. Supreme court has put the FLSC on the defensive.

Gore's legal team was pathetic if you ask me. Sure they got the big jump on day one, and were quick filing a bunch of papers. But the strategic decisions they made were seriously flawed. They blew it by trying to "clintonize" the process and not asking for a full hand recount on day one.

That ill considered decision, forced them to attack the military absentee voters in a vile way, and turned all those patriotic elderly Americans (Democrat and Republican) against them. It was down hill for them after that.

Bravo to George W Bush for having the management talent to defeat these legalistic overpaid shrills at their own game!

Ellen, I believe most Americans, including many Americans who voted for Gore, are now very happy we are approaching finality and a Bush administration.

I agree on the finality approaching. This has been a long drawn out and exhausting process.

I do fear a Bush administration, so am not happy to be approaching that. I'm sure you can understand that...:-)
