If they blow out Boies first with the Leon appeal, they need never revisit their original opinion. Bush brought the US SC action. He'll drop it. Think about this. Are they (US SC) going to allow a loophole to be established in Federal election law? In particular allowing changes to the law in midstream? CYA time.
