<<All statements above are in my opinion only>>

Mine too! Well said. It's unbelievable that they want more money after this performance. While I understand that the market goes down, their performance is well beyond the general market. They missed several balls and now want to REWARD THEMSELVES???

Here's what I did beyond attempting to participate in the shareholder proposals which got rejected:

I sent letters to the Chief Investment officers of Janus, General Atlantic Partners, T Rowe Price, Barclays, Roxbury Capital, State Street Corp, FMR, Thornburg Investments, TIAA Cref, Vanguard, California Public Employee retirement plan, Invesco Funds, and Munder funds asking them to vote NO on the proposals.

I also sent letters to each board member asking them to justify why our proposals were rejected and the ones rewarding management for their dismal shareholder value performance were placed on there.

I also sent emails to CNBC, Bloomberg, and several other news services offering them a story on excessive management compensation in the face of rejected shareholder proposals. Ted David actually called me back and told me that he passed the email on to his "story" department.

Something may come of all of this, most likely nothing will. BUT, I personnally will get more agressive, not less, with management in order to get them to pay attention to the key issues. SPYtrader has finally gotten his direct trading platform. I will get shareholder value.

I'm actually debating nominating myself for the BOD next year. What qualifications do I have? Strong business knowledge, strong Information Technology knowledge, and a long time shareholder with a significant percentage of my worth invested in this company who is not happy with management's performance. All I have to do is figure out how to do it, which I will do.

You have summarized my sentiments, EXACTLY !! Personally,
I try to avoid name-calling, I feel the Bozo is arrogant,
has turned off and away potential acquirers, has failed to
address "shareholder value concerns", has been rewarded handsomely for mediocre performance, has diluted my EGRP
holdings and share value and he has failed to invest in the very company that we own, at the very minimum after dilution, to purchase sufficient shares to preserve his fraction of the company. What does that say to investors ?
