Joe Clark is nothing more than a career politician waiting for a golden pension....and a totally irrational self-serving SOB at that.

Ontario voters will always vote against the popular sentiment of the west for no other reason than giving the party they elect the power to financially rape the west for every tax dollar they can steal. The liberals know it and it paid off for them.

Central Canada would be much happier with him as leader of a united right. Of the bunch, Joe proved he's the best qualified to run the country in this past election IMO though I didn't vote for him. I suspect many felt the way I did, I'd be throwing away my vote going PC. I voted against the Alliance, not for anyone. Give me assurance that a PC vote isn't like pissing into the wind and I vote for them.
